Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with GymShackles ("we", "our", "us"). We go to great lengths to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition.


1. Size Exchanges & Store Credit

We want you in GymShackles gear that fits perfectly. That’s why exchanges are usually hassle-free - in most regions we’re able to provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

On rare occasions where our carriers don’t support prepaid labels, you may need to arrange and cover the return shipping. If that happens, our team will guide you step-by-step to make the process simple.

Customers may choose either:

  • An exchange for a different size or another item of equal value, or
  • Store credit to use on a future purchase.


2. Refunds for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

In addition to your legal rights, we will replace or refund any item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • You must notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery.
  • Your request must include both of the following:

A clear photograph of the shipping label affixed to the parcel, and
A clear photograph of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Such returns qualify for free return shipping in line with Section 5.


3. Situations That Are Not Refundable

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Requests submitted after the 14-day notification window.
  • Claims lacking the required photographs (for defective/damaged/incorrect items).
  • Digital or downloadable goods once delivered


4. How to Request a Refund or Size Exchange

Email gymshackles@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request – Order #[your order number]”.

Attach the required photographs (if applicable) and a brief description of the issue.

Our Support Team will review your claim within 2 business days and contact you with next steps.


5. Refund & Exchange Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Exchanges will be shipped as soon as the return is processed.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item


6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for all returns, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

For exchanges or store credit, customers are also responsible for return shipping. As a courtesy, we may at our discretion provide a prepaid label in some regions.

7. EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us by email within this 14-day window.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for such returns. We do not provide prepaid return labels except at our discretion.

All items returned under the 14-day withdrawal right must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging (including bags, tags, and sewn-in labels intact). If items are returned in a condition that reduces their resale value, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund to cover the loss of value.
