Depending on your location, shipments typically take about 5-8 business days after confirmation to arrive at your doorstep.

You can - but only if you act fast. As long as your order hasn’t entered our fulfillment queue (usually within 2 hours of checkout), we can modify or cancel it. Just email support at gymshackles@gmail.com and let us know your order number and what change you need. After that window closes, or once we’ve packed and handed your package over to the carrier - changes can’t be guaranteed. In those cases, you may still return the item once it arrives, following our Returns & Exchanges process.
