Exchanges Made Simple

Section 1 - Size Exchanges Made Simple

  • 14-day window: You have two weeks from delivery to request an exchange.
  • Free return label (in most regions): We’ll cover the shipping where carriers allow.
  • Your choice: Swap for a different size or style, or Receive store credit to use anytime.

Section 2 - Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We’ll always make it right. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, just send us a quick photo of the item + shipping label within 14 days. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund.

Section 3 - How to Start an Exchange or Return

  1. Email gymshackles@gmail.com with subject: Exchange/Return – Order #[your number].
  2. Tell us the issue (wrong size, damaged, etc.) and attach photos if applicable.
  3. Our team will reply within 2 business days with your prepaid label or next steps.

Section 4 - Quick Processing

  • Exchanges: your new item ships as soon as your return is scanned.
  • Refunds (for damaged/incorrect): processed back to your payment method in 5–10 days.
  • Store credit: available instantly once your return is confirmed.

Section 5 - A Few Things to Know

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags/packaging.
  • Original shipping charges aren’t refundable unless we sent the wrong or damaged item.
  • In rare cases (where prepaid labels aren’t supported), you may need to ship back at your cost - we’ll guide you step by step.
